Terms and Agreements
BOOSTHAUS PERFORMANCE - TERMS AND AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into between the customer ("You") and BoostHaus Performance ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
1. ECU Flashing and Vehicle Modification:
By engaging our services, you understand that you are requesting us to modify your vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU) through a process commonly referred to as "flashing". The modification to your vehicle's ECU will change its performance characteristics, which may increase the stresses on the engine and other components.
2. Risk Acknowledgement:
You acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in ECU flashing and vehicle modifications, which could lead to vehicle damage or failure, and possibly void your vehicle manufacturer's warranty. You understand and agree that you are accepting all risks associated with these modifications.
3. Limitation of Liability:
You agree that we will not be liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the modification of your vehicle, including but not limited to, damage to the vehicle's engine or other components, loss of vehicle warranty, decreased vehicle lifespan, or any other potential negative effects that could result from the modification. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of our services.
4. No Refunds:
You acknowledge that once our services have been provided, they cannot be reversed or undone, and therefore, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for any reason after the ECU flashing service has been purchased.
5. Agreement:
By having your vehicle's ECU flashed by us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood all points above before proceeding with any services provided by BoostHaus Performance. Your use of our services signifies your agreement to these terms.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any other policies we may have.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal data practices. We will post a prominent notice on our website to notify you of any significant changes to our Terms and Conditions and indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated.
